| Cynthia Cynthia has over 10 years experience working in an orthodontic environment. Cynthia's past experience of working at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rochester has given her a more thorough knowledge of the insurance industry. Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business in May 1991 at State University of New York College at Buffalo. She went on to earn her Masters of Public Administration in August 2002 at State University of New York College at Brockport. In her spare time, Cynthia and her husband enjoy playing and spending time with their two daughters, Catrina and Cora. |

| Cathy Cathy earned her Associates Degree in Business at Monroe Community College. Cathy also has over 10 years of dental office experience. Her expertise in managing office functions and her pleasant attitude toward working with patients has strengthened her commitment to her career. Through the years she has developed a better understanding of the dental industry and has a stronger commitment to educating the public on the importance of dental health. Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons. |

| Theresa Theresa has been an orthodontic assistant at Dr. Drabik's office for over 10 years. Her gentle and compassionate mannerisms put patients at ease. Theresa is also our lab technician. Her creative style results in beautifully unique retainers and orthodontic appliances. Theresa resides in Ontario with her family and friends. |

| Sue Sue has been in the orthodontic field for many years. She works at the front desk as well as being an orthodontic assistant. She loves working with her patients. When you see her at Dr. Drabik's office, she may be doing many different tasks. Sue is a lifelong resident of Webster and lives there with her husband, four children and pets. She enjoys many activities in her spare time, but mostly spending time with her family and friends. |

| Beth Beth is the newest member of our team. She is currently working at the front desk, but will eventually be transitioning to the clinic. She will then be trained in both areas of the office in order to be more versatile. She is a recent graduate of the Beechnut Dental Training Program. Beth's friendly and outgoing personality makes your visit lighthearted and welcoming. Beth resides in Webster with her husband and their two children, Tommy and Claire. |

| Debbie Debbie in one of our orthodontic assistants. She has 20 years of experience in the dental field, 10 of which have been in orthodontics. Debbie began working with Dr. Drabik in March 2008. Having four children of her own has given her the ability to relate well with children of all ages. Debbie enjoys being involved in family activities with her children such as cheerleading, soccer, and cooking. |

| Michele Michele is one of our orthodontic assistants and is also in charge of all the clinical ordering and billing. She has been an orthodontic assistant for a number of years and is very proficient with all orthodontic procedures. She relates very well with our patients with her sweet and calming personality. Michele has lived in Ontario all of her life with her parents and older brother. She enjoys vacationing with her family and friends. She welcomes new experiences that come her way with excitement and intrigue. |

| Lori Lori has been an orthodontic assistant for over seven years. She earned her dental assisting license in May 2009. Lori is also pursuing her dental hygiene degree at Monroe Community College. She is very motivated to learn new techniques and is open to innovative ideas regarding dentistry and orthodontics. She relates very well to our younger patients and always has a bright smile for everyone. Lori has lived in Webster all her life, but purchased a home in Ontario a few years ago. She loves to travel in her spare time and is looking forward to her next adventure. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family. |

| Amy Amy started in our office as a patient and was so fascinated by orthodontics that she decided to work in our office after school and during the summer. Amy graduated from Penfield High School in June 2009. She is now starting her first year at Canisius College with a major in Biology in hopes to pursue a career as an orthodontist. Amy loves to spend time with family and friends. |

| Carly Carly is one of our orthodontic assistants and also does front desk duties. She is Dr. Drabik's daughter and has hopes for a bright future in the orthodontic field. She attends Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY where she is a Biology major. Carly is a hard worker and is determined to successfully conquer the many years of academics ahead of her. In her spare time, Carly enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys vacationing to California, Oregon, and Arizona or boating on Conesus Lake. Carly looks forward to working at Dr. Drabik's office during her college breaks. |
